Last night I found out that some shortlister from the LA Consulate found out her placement from her coordinator. She is apparently going to Kamogawa, Chiba.
Does that mean results are gonna come out soon or does that mean she’s trolling? Is Kamogawa a designated city or apart of the Chiba prefecture JETs? I find it funny how her coordinator let her know specifically out of a consulate of over a hundred JETs. Of course, no one has really bothered to tell us non-LA JETs anymore info on this girl. :/
In 2010, North American JETs found out their placements around May 11th ~ May 17th. If this year follows closely to the 2010 year, then that means we should be finding out our results sometime the end of this week or next week. Does that mean we’ll be finding out as COs release who they want? Or is it just one big batch announcement like interview and shortlist results?
There are a lot of upgrades happening though. Does that affect placements or are the upgraded JETs simply replacing the JETs who ended up giving up their spots on the shortlist?
So interesting. I just wanna know where I’m going XD
